Bygone Platters
Bygone Platter is a restaurant focused on creating the medieval experience. It accomplishes this by serving authentic medieval recipes from England, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain as well as alcoholic drinks and beverages. Recipes range from meat dishes (Beef, Poultry, Pork), fish and seafood, vegetable dishes, fruit dishes, eggs, cheese and dairy, breads and sweet deserts. Beverages range from almond milk to ale and wine.
The concept is depicted through the use of a stone wall and stone texture to set the castle like environment. The red and golden ribbons symbolize the royalty colors of the era and the strength of the alcohol.
